Refund policy

World Wide (generally): We generally do not accept returns, but follow the same criteria as stipulated under Australian Consumer Laws, where possible (see below).

We may, however, accept returns and/or refunds under exceptional circumstances which require communication with us and explicit agreement from us for the goods to be returned and in which case the cost of the return will be born by you.

Item(s) returned must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, if any, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returned parcels will be opened and video recorded with Postal staff and/or other witness being present.

 

Within Australia: Under Australian Consumer Laws, where an item is broken, faulty or unable to be used for intended purpose, we are required to either,

1) repair a broken or faulty item,

2) replace a broken or faulty item,

3) refund a broken or faulty or not-fit-for-purpose item. 

We are not required to refund or exchange goods for any other reason. 
Better be sure than sorry!  Don't buy today... what you may not want tomorrow!
