A somewhat unusual Gold Plated Sterling Silver Pendant.(If you prefer it as a Silver Pendant, then I can polish off the Gold Plating, although there may be a fine hint of gold colour around the Opal. This is because Gold Plating, being a liquid, has penetrated in between the Silver and the Opal and it is not possible for a polishing wheel to get inside. The good news is that the effect may be quite nice.
This is not a standard option, so please advise when ordering or contact me immediately, before I ship.)It was made by a trainee jeweller using my Boulder Opal sometime in the 1970's and it has, along with innumerable other weird and wonderful things, just been sitting around waiting for me to do something with them all (like selling them...!)It has never been worn by anyone and as such is "brand-old-new".
